It certainly was an interesting evening! Somersaults didn't happen ... but thats because I didn't try. Before I'd had a go, I was involved in a two person manual support for one of my fellow coaches. After several very successful attempts at a back sommi she went over one shoulder and ended up sitting on the side of my head/face in mid air! I'm absolutely fine, just feel like I've been sat on! We did nothing wrong it was just one of those things that happens from time to time. It reminded me how much I prefer using the rig (belt attached to ceiling) rather than manual support when coaching.
