Quick update:

I've been on a trampoline coaching course all weekend so not much else to report. I have the reason for somersaults not always working ..... its because I don't expect them to land on my feet! Will report more on this later. I'm still progressing slowly with the hap shawl. I'm up to row 250 of 340 of the centre diamond before I pick up nearly one thousand stitches and knit 108 round each one increasing by 8 stitches! This week is taken up with practicing my trampoline coaching for 3 evenings ... so not much time for knitting!
